REGISTRATION
• Entrants should register at least half an hour prior to the start of the session in which they are competing
• Entrants: you need to collect your name tag from the foyer. Please keep it and wear it for any sessions you are performing in during the Eisteddfod. If you are a member of a large group you may not have a name tag. If your details are incorrect please go to the Office for alteration.
• Please register at the Registration desk in the foyer after you collect your name tag or as soon as you arrive for a session. If we know you are there, we’ll find you, but if we don’t know… we become very worried and puzzled and we may think you are not coming. (If you are not going to perform for any reason, it would be helpful if you could let us know)
• Music students should have their music sheets with the title and composer clearly marked and the bars numbered (A small 1,2,3 etc above the bar lines – it’s to help the adjudicator if they want to refer to a particular bar in their written feedback for you)

• We are there to help with any queries or problems.

STAGE
• Back stage Volunteers will call you when they want you to go through to sidestage. Please wait until then.
• You may be asked which side of the stage you begin/finish, whether it is curtain up/down. If you have any queries please ask us – we will assist you.
